If, for any reason, your assistant doesn't meet your expectations, we initiate a replacement process, starting the search again at no additional cost.
4Who should I contact if I have any questions or need to provide feedback?
If you need to communicate something to the virtual assistant or need to know any information, you can do so through the team leader, and they will be happy to provide you with the information.
5Do I need to provide the training to my virtual assistant?
Absolutely! Training is crucial for a successful working relationship with your virtual assistant therefore, our approach includes pre-training our virtual assistants to minimize the need for extensive onboarding from your end.
6Is the virtual assistant dedicated, or do I share it with other companies?
The virtual assistant works exclusively for you from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Houston time.Create a task list: Describe the tasks you need the virtual assistant to complete.
Set deadlines: Indicate when the tasks should be completed.
Providing training: Give the virtual assistant the necessary training to perform the tasks effectively.
Communicate regularly: Communicate with the virtual assistant regularly to discuss progress and provide feedback.
